Macey and Molly 2010

Our daughter's true natures come out in these beautiful pictures taken by Sandy Schurz.  Macey, with all her vibrance and self-confidence, is our little poser!  Then Molly, with her wise eyes and sweet angelic demeanor, shares her regarding gaze.

Halloween!!

Halloween this year was busy, busy, busy!!  Macey had a Halloween party at All American Tumbling and Dance, where she played several games and got to hit a pinata.  Immediately following that party, it was Dallen Lemon's birthday party.  He turned 4 years old, and everyone was dressed to the hilt.  They played games and we got to go outside, and hit another pinata.  Molly was so excited to get the vampire teeth, and thought she was hilarious when she had them on.  Next, we hit the trick-o-treatin' road.  We visited friends and family in the area.

Molly was a peacock, and actually kept her plume on long enough to get pictures and to show each person at each stop.  Macey was a butterfly, and we spent quite a while putting her face paint on.  What a fun day!

2010

The year 2010 has flown by.  I am not sure if it has been the remodelling of the old house, dealing with an infant, searching for and finding our new home, going back to work full-time or just the sheer joy of seeing our family grow so close.  We are now in Maeser, where we have found a little niche in life.  Our home is cozy, warm and already full of memories.  Upon Tigar's and my first sight of the house we decided that it was the "one".  Outside, we have a barn, with space for several animals; the future prospect of seeing our girls involved with 4-H.  We have garden spots, that are within raised beds; with all of us itching for springtime in order to plant.  Our backyard is full of trees, landscaping, a fire pit, pond and waterfall, a "jungle", swing set and an immense place for the girls to play.  There is an orchard with several fruit trees, that, even though there is much pruning needed, yielded pounds of peaches for my canning desires!  We have only been able to tell that there are peach, pear, apricot and apple trees.  We are waiting for a visit from the tree experts, Amber and Jason, to tell us what else we might have!  Hint, Hint;)

The house has a tudor look on the outside, and we are excited about adding touches to enhance the look.  We have already been contemplating remodelling certain aspects of the house and making it our own.  Tigar and I spent years working on our old house together, and somehow managed very well.  As long as I could get him to see my vision, he would finally let me have my way.  I am already excited to do that again - work alongside him.  The house holds four separate floors, with plenty of space and room to grow.  We love the amount of storage (except for the master closet), especially the downstairs storage rooms!  Most of all, we have loved the connection that as a family group we have found here.

Girlies!!

The Millers have two little girls, Macey Faye and Molly Dawn.  Macey is our first born, she was born October 4th, 2005, and is currently 5 years old.  Molly Dawn is our baby, and was born July 21st, 2009, she is 15 months old.  Macey has been our little sprite, she is full of energy, love of people and animals and is always trying her best to be a good teacher for her little sister.  Molly is our quiet spirit, a cuddler, a little explorer and loves her "sissy" more than anyone.

Tigar and I (Terra) love being parents to our little girls.  I guess some days more than most;)  They are our pride and joy, and couldn't imagine going through this life without them.
